Alternate History

In the early 1800's, in the First Maratha-German War, The newly formed German republic built the largest army the world had ever seen, and used it to drive the Indian invaders out of the Ottoman Empire and Persia (as well as increasing their influence in the Muslim world). After the war, the Germans annexed a substantial chunk of India's Northwest coastline on the Arabian Sea, creating the colony of "German India.", based around Ahmedabad. The "German East India Trading Company" was set up to oversee trade coming out of German India, as well as assisting in exploration and defense of German Indian ports. The German East India Trading Co. became one of the worlds most powerful and influential Trade, Exploration, and Stock companies in the world.

This is entirely based off of a campaign in Empire: Total War playing as Prussia, or in my own words, "The German Imperial Republic"

I was planning on making one, I haven't played Total War in a while, especially this campaign. I might check it out and recreate the worlds current political situation.
